摘要
网络作为现代科学技术发展的产物,不仅为社会主义网络文明的创建奠定了基础,而且为推进网络文明发展提供了条件。因此,有必要从社会主义网络文明的内涵和特征入手,探讨社会主义网络文明创建的载体设置及其基本价值问题。
Internet, acting as the result of modem science-technology development, not only establishes the foundation for the construction of socialist intemet civilization, but also provides conditions for the promotion of intemet civilization development. For this reason, the article begins from understanding the intension and feature of socialist intemet civilization, inquires into the bearer design and basic value of the construction of socialist intemet civilization.
