摘要
阐述了我国铁路客运电子商务系统建立的必要性,并陈述了电子商务系统在提高旅客购票便捷性、提高铁路客运服务质量方面的优势,构造了铁路客运电子商务系统实现的逻辑结构,在此基础上,设计了客运电子商务系统的功能结构,并简述了铁路旅客与电子商务系统交互的流程。最后,分析了当前我国客运电子商务系统实现的制约因素。
The demand for the Electronic Commerce (EC) system applied to railway passenger transport is discussed, with the presentation of the advantages of EC system in passengers' buying ticket and in heightening the service quality. After the logic structure of EC system is configured in railway passenger transport, the function framework of the EC system is designed, and the trade flow between passengers and the EC system is specified.
