摘要
道路交通事故的成因是十分复杂的,采用传统的分析方法凭经验对事故成因进行断定往往引起争议,文中采用理论方法对道路交通事故中的典型案例进行分析,确定了两车相撞时的运动状态,分析了肇事车辆制动状况,为及时准确的判定事故成因,明确事故责任提供了依据。
The cause of road accident is very complex.
