摘要
资产证券化是现代金融市场中最重要的金融创新之一,并具有广泛的应用性。分析了现阶段我国高等教育融资的资产证券化的可能性与可行性,提出了高等教育融资的资产证券化的实施思路并分析了存在的问题。
The capitalized security is one of the innovatiom in the modernized finance market and is widespread. Analysis is made on the possibilities and feasibilities of implementing the capitalized security in our present higher education, and given the suggestions and problems.
