膀胱肿瘤患者合并前列腺增生同期手术的疗效观察

Observation of effect of simultaneously excision of bladder tumor combined with prostatectomy

目的:探讨膀胱肿瘤患者合并前列腺增生(BPH)同期手术是否引起肿瘤种植,增加肿瘤的复发率。方法:对16例膀胱肿瘤合并BPH同期手术的患者进行了回顾性分析。结果:术后肿瘤复发率为12.5%,未发现肿瘤细胞种植于前列腺窝。结论:膀胱肿瘤患者合并BPH同期手术并非绝对禁忌,必要的防护措施是同期手术时避免肿瘤细胞种植的保证。

Objective：To determine the tumor recurrence rate and implantation of tumor cells at bladder neck and prostatic bed after excision of bladder tumor and combined with prostatectomy for the treatment of patients of bladder tumor with concomitant BPH. Methods..We studied retrospectively 16 patients who had undergone excision of bladder tumor and prostatectomy simultiously for BPH. Results ：The tumor recurrence rate was 12.5% and we didn＇t find the tumor cells implantation at the prostatic bed and bladder neck after operation. Conclusion：It is not absolutely forbidden to resect the bladder tumor and prostate simultaniously. But careful motheds must be raked to prevent tumor cells from implanting at the prostatic bed and bladder neck.
