摘要
针对我国现在煤矿安全生产的现状,提出了煤矿安全生产实时监控系统设计方案。该方案通过监控中心和矿井现场CAN监控网络实现了对煤矿安全生产的实时监控。在监控中心部分,由组态软件配合数据库技术实现对整个监控网络的监测、控制、管理和维护;上位机CAN节点则负责监控中心与现场CAN网络监控节点之间的协议数据转换;分站监控节点主要承担矿井现场的数据采集和断电逻辑控制。
Aim at the present production of coal mines, the design of the real-time safety monitoring system is proposed. The system can monitor the coal mine safety production through monitoring center and the CAN monitoring network. In the monitoring center, controlling, monitoring, managing and safeguarding is realized by configuration software and database technology, and upper processor. CAN node is responsible for the database transformation between monitoring center and spot CAN network node. The main task of substation monitoring mode is data acquisition and power-failod logical control on the spot of coal mines.
