摘要
以9个品种的黑稻种子为材料,用SDS—PAGE方法,分析了各个品种的醇溶蛋白亚基组成。结果表明:①黑稻种子有2条共有的特征带,其分子量分别为:26.1 KDa、21.5KDa;②亚基57.2 KDa、35.0 KDa和26.1 KDa,在每个品种中都存在明显的差异。其中,汉中黑糯、云黑和龙睛2号中含有此类亚基的数目最多(3个);在乌贡1号中,此类亚基数目最少。
Black rice prolamine's subunit compositions of 9 lines were studied with SDS-PAGE. The results showed: ①The black rice have two feature scoreribbons,their moleculars are as follows: 26. 1 KDa , 21.5 KDa. ②The good subunits as 57.2 KDa, 35.0 KDa, 26. 1 KDa possess clear distinctions in every line black rice. Hanzhong Heinuo, Yunhei and Longjing No. 2 have the most good subunits(3 items); Wugong No. 1 has the last subunits.
