摘要
大瓦斯线结焦是焦化装置普遍存在的一个问题。解决大瓦斯线结焦是延长焦化装置生产周期,确保高负荷加工劣质原料的关键手段之一。通过综合当前国内外延迟焦化方面的工艺进展及对焦化装置大瓦斯线结焦情况分析,得到影响大瓦斯线结焦的主要因素有焦炭塔塔顶温度、加热炉出口温度、辐射注汽量、冷焦吹汽量、消泡剂的作用、焦炭塔平稳操作、原料性质、切塔时的平稳操作以及大瓦斯线内的油气线速等,同时提出了减缓结焦的措施。
The coking of big gas-oil line is a ubiquitous problem. SolVing this problem is helpful to prolong the working cycle of the delayed coking equipment and insure treatment of low quality material in high load. Through system analysis,it's found that the main factors of resulting coking is the top temperature of the coking tower, exit temperature of the heating furnace, amount of the steam injected into the line of the heating furnace, amount of the steam cooling the coke, defoamer, steady operation of the coking tower, character of the material,steady operation when switching tower, linear speed of the medium in the big gas-oil line and so on. The methods to slow down the coking of the big gas-oil line are pointed out.
