摘要
电网中干扰性负荷带来的电能质量问题给电网造成的影响日益严重,评估负荷干扰性能及其对电价的影响尤为重要。根据dq0坐标系下的广义瞬时无功功率理论,将负荷电流分解为瞬时有功电流、瞬时基波无功电流和瞬时畸变电流,基于此定义了反映负荷阻性特性的无功干扰因子和反映负荷线性程度的畸变干扰因子,根据这两个因子提出了基于分摊补偿设备成本的负荷干扰性能对电价的影响评估方法。通过算例说明了该方法的可行性和干扰性负荷对电价影响的程度。
By means of the generalized instantaneous reactive power theory in dq0 coordinate system, the load current is decomposed into three parts, including instantaneous active current, instantaneous fundamental reactive current and instantaneous distorted current. The reactive disturbing factor reflecting pure resistance of load and the distorted disturbing factor reflecting load's linearity are defined. According to these two factors, the evaluation method of the effect of disturbing load on electricity price based on allocating compensation equipment's cost is proposed. The simulation results show the influence degree of the disturbing load upon the electricity price.
