摘要
从定性与定量相结合的分析方法出发,提出了基于层次分析法的临时限电计划综合决策方法。针对所构造的临时限电问题的递阶层次结构特征,在处理各个因素不确定性方面,将相对标量和绝对评分相结合,并综合使用分配型权重和准则型权重两种方法以产生更为合理的综合权重。最后,通过一个简单算例说明了所提出方法的基本特征。
An analytic hierarchy process (AHP) -based multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) method is proposed.The method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis is used. The calculation procedure is illustrated. According to the tapered architecture of this issue, the relative scalar and absolute scoring are combined to process the indeterminacy of different elements. The allocation weight and criterion weight are used to establish comprehensive weight. An example is used to demonstrate the features of this method.
