成人上颌侧切牙反三种美容修复方法临床效果评价

Clinical analysis of the esthetic restoration for the correction of maxillary lateral incisor crossbite with three different designs in adults

目的:评价成人上颌侧切牙反三种美容修复方法的临床效果。方法:收集在本院进行可摘化妆牙面、烤瓷单冠(桩核冠)以及烤瓷桥三种方法美容修复的成人上颌侧切牙反病例121例182颗,评价修复2年后的主观满意度和客观满意度。结果:可摘化妆牙面美观经济,耐用性及舒适度较差;烤瓷单冠(桩核冠)经济实用,舒适美观,牙龈刺激稍大;烤瓷桥效果最佳,但磨损牙齿过多,价格较高。结论:成人上颌侧切牙反牙合三种修复方法均可达到较好的美容效果,各有利弊,应根据患者具体要求选择。

Objective：To study the esthetic restoration for the correction of maxillary lateral incisor crossbite with three different designs in adults, nethods：121 cases （182 teeth） with correction maxillary lateral incisor erossbite were collected, and restored by three different designs： removable cosmetic resin veneer, PFM crown （or post PFM crown） and PFM bridge. Then the chnical effect after 2 years was evaluate. Results：All the three different methods had satisfactory effect in the correction of maxillary lateral incisor crossbite in adult.Conclusion：The three different designs of restoration for the correction of maxillary lateral incisor erossbite are acceptable.
