摘要
目的:研究前列腺通颗粒对前列腺增生的影响。方法:通过手术大鼠双侧睾丸进行前列腺增生造模,然后给药,观察大鼠的尿量、睾丸素水平、雌二醇水平、前列腺湿重系数及干重系数等。结果:前列腺通颗粒各剂量组和阳性对照药前列康组均可明显增加前列腺增生模型大鼠的尿量,模型对照组大鼠血中睾丸素含量较空白对照组显著升高(P<0.01),而雌二醇含量显著降低(P<0.01),前列康组及前列腺通颗粒各剂量组可明显抑制血中睾丸素水平的升高,但对雌二醇的水平均无显著影响。模型对照组大鼠前列腺湿重系数及干重系数均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01)。前列康组及前列腺通颗粒各剂量组均能降低前列腺增生大鼠前列腺湿重及干重系数。结论:前列腺通颗粒对大鼠前列腺增生有明显的抑制作用。
Objective :To study the effect of qianliexian granules on the hyperplasia of prostate. Methods:The model was made by removing the spermary of rat and the drug was given.The amount of rat urine, the level of spermary hormone, the level of estradiol, the wet weight coefficient of prostate, the dry weight coefficient of prostate were observed respectively.Results:The each dose group of qianliexlan granules and the positive group could obviously increase the amount of rat urine and inhibit the spermary hormone of the rat blood,and reduce the wet weight coefficient of prostate and the dry weight coefficient of prostate.Conelusion:Qianliexian granules can obviously inhibit the hyperplasia of prostate.
