摘要
目的探讨镍对白内障的致病作用。方法对来自广东的正常透明晶状体、上海白内障晶状体、甘肃镍矿所在地区的市民白内障晶状体、甘肃从事镍矿作业者白内障晶状体标本,用原子吸收分光光度计测定镍含量并行统计学分析。结果正常透明晶状体组标本的镍含量与3组白内障的晶状体标本者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);甘肃直接接触镍矿组镍含量与甘肃间接接触镍矿组、上海白内障组比较,差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但上海白内障组与甘肃间接接触镍矿组镍含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白内障晶状体中镍含量增加,镍可能是白内障的致病因子之一。
Objective To investigate nickel affecting on cataract formation. Methods Determine the content of Nickel in tens by using atomic absorption spectrometer, normal transparent lens from Guangdong, cataract lens from Shanghai, cataract tens from nickel area citizens of Gansu, cataract lens from nickel area workers of Gansu. Results The content of nickel was significant different( P 〈 0.05) between normal transparent lens and other three cataract groups. The content of nickel was also significant different ( P 〈 0.05) among Gansu direct nickel contacting group and Gansu indirect nickel contacting group, Shanghai cataractous group. But content of nickel had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05) between shanghai cataract group and Gansu indirect nickel contactiug group. Conclusions The content of nickel increased in cataract lens. Nickel may be one of the pathology of the cataract.
