全国社区卫生服务现状调查——2000～2002年全国社区卫生服务机构总收入分析

Analysis of the Income in the Community Health Service Institutions in 2000-2002

目的 了解社区卫生服务机构2000～2002年总收入的年度变化。方法 对61个市区所属的708个社区卫生服务机构的收入进行问卷调查。结果 在社区卫生服务机构的收入结构中，药品收入所占比重最高，医疗收入其次，补助收入所占比重低，虽逐年上升，但仍然不足以支付人员的费用。结论 目前政府对社区卫生服务的财政补助不足，卫生服务机构收入中药品收入比重过大。制定和完善社区卫生服务的补偿机制是引导我国社区卫生服务健康发展的重要保障。

Objective To find out the income in the community health service stations and centers in 2000 -2002. Methods We made a questionnaire investigation on the income in 708 community health service stations and center , which are located in 61 cities. Results Among these stations and center, the income of drug occupied the highest ratio, the income of medical treatment was the second ; the ratio of assistance income was low, and raised year after year, but it also could not pay the stuff. Conclusion A reasonable financing mechanism can guarantee the development healthily of the community health service.
