133名流动人口妇幼卫生保健服务意向调查分析

A Will Survey on the Maternal and Child Health Care of Migrant in 133 Migrant Women

目的了解流动人口妇幼卫生保健服务意向。方法对133名流动人口妇女进行深入访谈。结果流动人口妇幼卫生保健服务利用水平较低。结论影响流动人口保健服务利用的主要因素为经济、健康观念、服务信息缺乏和违反计划生育政策等。为改善流动人口妇幼卫生保健服务利用,应加强宣传提高流动人口保健意识,降低流动人口接受妇幼卫生保健服务的经济门槛。

Objective To investigate the maternal and child health care service will of migrant. Methods 133 migrant women were interviewed by researchers in will survey. Results Migrant＇s maternal and child health care service utilization are lower level. Conclusion The main influence factors of migrant＇s maternal and child health care service utilization are income level, health concept, health service information and violation of family planning regulation. To enhance the migrant＇s maternal and child health care service utilization, two measures such as improving migrant＇s health concept, reducing the maternal and child health care service cost for migrant should be introduced.
