铝(Ⅲ)-加替沙星体系的紫外特性及其应用研究

The UV Characteristics of Al^(3+)-Gatifloxacin and Its Analytical Application

在弱酸性条件下,A l3+能与加替沙星反应形成络合物.利用这一反应建立了简单、快速、灵敏的测定加替沙星的紫外分光光度法,并且详细讨论了测定条件.测定的最佳波长为λ=291 nm,线性范围为0.80~23.00μg/mL,回归方程为A=0.04288+0.08717C(μg/mL)(r=0.9994).本方法用于加替沙星胶囊及注射液含量的测定,结果令人满意.

In a weak acidic medium, Al^3＋ can react with GTFX to form a coordination compound. Based on this reaction, a simple, rapid, sensitive new method for the UV determination of GTFX has been proposed ,then the reaction conditions were investigated in detail. The maximal absorption wavelength of the complex is at 291 nm, and the linear range is 0. 80-23. 00μg/mL. The regression equation is A=0. 04288＋0. 08717C （μg/mL） （r=0. 9994）. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of GTFX in capsules and injection.
