摘要
提出并论证了关于编码信息量的两个规律.第一,基因组的编码信息量在进化中随时间增加.第二,基因序列的碱基频数分布决定于多样性的稳定化.此二规律和其他规律一起构成了信息生物学的理论基础.不同于生物信息学,信息生物学将以生命信息的遗传,传输,调节和表达的基本规律为研究中心.
Two laws on coding information quantity are proposed. The first is the law of Coding Information Quantity Growing in a genome. The second is the law of Stability of Diversity of Gene Sequence. It is suggested that these laws (and others) form the fundamentals of information biology. Different from "bioinformatics","information biology" emphasizes the meaning of the law of life information itself. That is ,it focuses on the fundamental laws of genetic information in its heredity ,transmission ,regulation and expression. The problem on the relation between coding information quantity and order-energy,on the information extraction in each stage of genetic information flow and on the precision and robustness in information transmission are discussed briefly.
