The intension of sustainable development is to meet the demands of contemporary people and at the same time not to damage the need of our descendants, whose aim is the coordination of the economy, social resources and environmental protection. So, we should meet the demands of social and economic development for water resources by strengtheniag the investigation, exploration and appraisal of water resources and building some water-supply projects with good economic profits, which can save water at the same time.
