摘要
目前,我国英语专业的ESP教学无论是实践,还是研究均处于薄弱环节,师资问题已成为影响ESP教学水平提高的障碍。文章从ESP教学的产生及特点分析入手,着重对从事ESP教学的教师培训发展问题进行了研究探讨,以期通过培训发展高素质的ESP教师队伍来提高ESP教学质量。
At present, ESP teaching for English majors is weak both in practice and research, teacher is seriously hindering the improvement of ESP teaching. This article has, from its birth and characteristics, analyzed some problems in teaching training, so as to improve ESP teaching quality through training high - quality ESP teachers.
