城市化进程的加快,使城市防汛面临巨大的挑战。文章针对我市城市防汛中存在的不足,除采取工程建设改造的手段以外,要积极探索城市建设与生态环境相协调的新思路、新技术、新办法,确保城市安全度汛。

With the quickening of urbanization, urban flood prevention is facing great challenge. This article, concerning the deficiencies in flood prevention in this city, has proposed that besides construction transfomation, we should actively explore new thinking, new technology and new methods of the coordination of urban construction and ecological environment to guarantee the safe passage of flood periods.
