Improvement of the Educational Idea and Teaching Method

文章结合教学实际从教育观念、教学方法两个方面作了探讨。强调美术教师应紧跟时代步伐,牢固树立以人为本,以学生全面发展为核心的教育观念。教学中,不只关注技能技巧,更应关注学生的兴趣、道德、情感、价值观的培养。课堂上,重视师生互动、交往、沟通,变“教师为中心”为“学生为中心”。教学方法上结合教育实际强调了在传统方法的基础上,通过变革予以创新,以启发学生思维,培养学生的自主学习能力为主,不断研究、不断探索,以逐步适应新时期的教育改革。

This article has probed into teaching ideas and methods from teaching practice, stressing a teaching idea of arts teachers going with the times, being people- centered and training students comprehensively. In teaching, they should not only stress skills, but stress students＇ interests, morality, emotion and values, changing from ＂teacher- centered＂ to ＂student- centered＂, to train students independent learning ability.
