通过四种不同切梗丝厚度的试验对比分析,选定设计值0.16mm的切梗丝厚度,工艺质量效果最佳。其主要表现在:一是梗丝结构较好,二是梗丝填充性能好,三是工艺损耗率较低,四是梗丝感官质量较好,五是卷接质量好。

This article, after a comparative analysis of four tests of different thickness, has arrived that the thickness of 0.16mm is the best in five aspects： stem structure, package, low proportion of craft damage, esthetic quality and tipping quality.
