n型透明导电氧化物薄膜的研究新进展 被引量:5

摘要 透明导电氧化物(TCO)薄膜In2O3∶Sn(ITO)和SnO2∶F(FTO)都已经发展成熟。最近几年,对于TCO薄膜的研究又有了很多突破性的进展。ZnO基TCO薄膜,由于其资源丰富,性能优异,大有替代ITO薄膜的趋势;发现了一些新的多元n型TCO薄膜材料,可以根据应用需求通过调节各化学组分的含量来改变其性能;开发出具有低电阻率的多层复合TCO薄膜,可以拓展TCO薄膜的应用领域。
