摘要
建立了测定生物样品中微量硒的催化极谱法。试验发现Se(Ⅳ)与谷胱甘肽在-0.94V(vs.SCE)处形成一个灵敏的极谱催化波。Se(Ⅳ)浓度在4.0×10^-7-8.0×10^-6moL/L的范围内,峰电流与Se(Ⅳ)浓度呈线性关系。Se(Ⅳ)的检出限为2.0×10^7moL/L,相对标准偏差均小于5%。此法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。
A method was developed for the determination of Se ( Ⅳ ) by catalytic polarography. There was a very good catalytic polarographic peak at -0. 94 V( vs. SCE)with GSH. The linear relationship between concentrations of Se( Ⅳ ) and the catalytic polarographic peak heights was in the concentration range of 4.0 ×10^-7- 8.0 ×10^-6 mol/L. Detection limit of this method is 2. 0 ×10^-7 mol/L with relative standard deviation less than 5%. This method is simple, rapid, and sensitive.
