摘要
对利用面阵CCD摄像机测试摩托车前照灯配光性能的方法进行了理论分析,采用CCD图像像素灰度值来表示配光测试屏幕上的照度值,以实现CCD摄像机测试摩托车前照灯配光性能的目的。并对配光测试屏幕上各测试点的图像像素灰度分别进行了照度标定,建立了屏幕照度与屏幕图像灰度之间的对应关系。标定实验结果得出的标定误差为0.021 lx,系统符合摩托车前照灯配光性能测试的要求。
Theoretical analysis on detection of photometric characteristics of motocycle headlamp used matrix CCD camera is presented. Illuminance value is denoted with grey level of CCD .image. Before detection of photometric characteristics of motocycle headlamp, grey level of CCD image was calibrated with illuminance value. The corresponding relationship between illuminance and gray level is established. The experimental results show that the photogrammetric system meets the requirements of detection of photometric characteristics of motocycle headlamp, the measurement error is 0.021 lx.
