摘要
分析了铜挤压生产线上压余分离装置的功能要求和现状,针对目前多使用人工操作压余分离装置及其存在的问题,探讨了研制在线自动压余分离装置的技术难点和装置的基本动作,提出了一种新型在线自动压余分离装置,并在实践中成功应用。
The paper analyzes the functions of on-line discard separator of copper extrusion and discusses the technical difficulties and basic actions of on-line separator. A new type of separator that has been applied successfully is put forward.
