摘要
将72头体重(26.20±2.95)kg的生长猪,随机均分为3组.试验组日粮中分别添加至0.4、0.8mg?kg-1六六六(HCH),研究生长期饲喂HCH污染饲料对猪生长性能和血清指标的影响.结果表明:饲喂六六六污染饲料(0.4、0.8 mg?kg-1HCH)对生长肥育猪的料重比、日增重无显著影响,但对血清指标有一定影响.0.4,0.8 mg?kg-1试验组血清T3分别比对照组增加49.9%和46.1%(P<0.05);ALT活性分别提高11.2%(P>0.05)和26.9%(P<0.01);AKP活性分别提高19.7%和23.5%(P<0.01);血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度分别比对照组提高28.0%和28.4%(P<0.01),超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性分别下降10.05%(P>0.05)和14.35%(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别下降9.02%(P>0.05)和14.21%(P<0.05).表明饲喂六六六污染日粮,对猪生长无显著影响,但可能已经干扰机体正常激素代谢,并产生一定的损伤.
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH) on growth performance, approach to the mechanism of effects by determining indexes of serum and hormone parameters. Seventy-two pigs, with equal number of barrows and gilts, the same genotype (Duroc × Landrace × Large White), were randomly assigned to three groups receiving the same basal diet, adding to 0, 0. 4, 0.8 mg·kg^-1 HCH respectively for 90 days. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of HCH on Growth performance and Serum characteristics of growing/finishing pigs. The results indicated that the average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion rate (F/G) in growing/finishing pigs were not significantly affected by HCH. However, at groups exposed to 0. 4 mg·kg^-1 and 0. 8 mg·kg^-1 HCH in diet, Serum T3 was increased by 49.9% and 41.7% (P〈20. 05), serum ALT activity was elevated by 11.2% (P〉0.05) and 26.9%(P〈2 0. 01), AKP activity was increased by 19.7% and 23. 5% (P〈20. 01), serum Superoxide dismutase (SOD) was decreased by 10. 05%and 14. 35%(P〈0. 05) respectively. Serum Catalase (CAT) activity with 0.8mg·kg^-1 HCH was decreased significantly by 14.21 %(P〈0.05). These indicated that HCH led to the turbulence of hormone metabolism and the somatic lesion.
