摘要 目的探讨多项式拟合曲线在临床中的应用。方法以TBIL、ALT、DBIL、Cr4个实验项目为例,对其线性实验数据进行多项式拟合。结果TBIL项目最适多项式为y=-3.886+7.544x,评价为线性1;ALT项目最适多项式为y=5.293+25.897x-0.043x2,评价为线性2;DBIL项目最适多项式为y=-2.950+1.688x+0.011x2,评价为非线性;Cr项目最适多项式为y=11.654+14.512x-0.010x2,评价为不精密。结论多项式拟合曲线是较为理想的线性评价方法,既保证了实验结果的准确性、可靠性,而且更适用于临床。 Objective To discuss the clinical application of polynomial curves iitting. Methods Based on the experiments of TBIL, ALT, DBIL and Cr,the linear experimental data were polynomial fitted. Results The optimal polynomial of TBIL is y=-3. 886+7. 544x , and the evaluation is linear 1; The optimal polynomial of ALT is y=5. 293+25. 897x-0. 043 x^2 , and the evaluation is linear 2; The optimal polynomial of DBIL is y=-2. 950+1.688x+0. 011x^2 , and it's non linear; The optimum polynomial of Cr is y=11. 654+14. 512x-0. 010 x^2 , and the evaluation is inexactitude. Conclusion The polynomial fitting curve is the perfect linear evaluation method. It guarantees both the accuracy and reliability of the experimental results, and is more suitable to clinic.
