颗粒溶素的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 颗粒溶素(GRA)是NK细胞和CTL细胞胞浆颗粒中的一种蛋白质分子,具有广泛的杀菌、杀病毒、杀伤肿瘤细胞的活性。通过对GRA的结构、功能及与临床关系的研究,探究其对靶细胞的杀伤机制、在微生物免疫中的作用及其与感染性疾病、肿瘤及其他疾病的相关性,均表明其具有广泛潜在的临床应用价值。
