摘要 万古霉素中介或耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(VISA/VRSA)的出现,给临床抗感染治疗带来许多困难,已引起世界医学界的广泛关注。该文主要针对VISA的临床与流行病学、耐药机理、实验室检测以及VISA/VRSA的治疗等问题进行综述。
