摘要
介绍了蕹菜种质资源的分布及其生产利用情况。然后从蕹菜不同类型间的演变关系、细胞学研究、营养成分研究、种子发芽生理研究、栽培与营养生理研究、育种研究、繁殖材料生产研究、病虫害研究和应用研究等方面,作了文献概述。提出了蕹菜的研究方向。
Water spinach is one of the most populargreen vegetables and aquatic vegetables. It originated fromthe tropical area of china and southeast Asin.Firstly,thedritribution and productive utiization Of water spinachgermptalm are reviewed in this peper.Secondly,the re-asrches on the evolution retationship among differenttypes,cytolody, nutrjents (including dry matter,crudeprotein,soluble carbohydries, ash and Vc.), seed germi-nation, physiology of cultivation, breeding,propagationmaterial prodution, diseases and pests and application ofwater spinach are also summarized.The future researchsubjects are discussed briefly in the end of the paper.
