摘要
在无任何有机溶剂和卤素的条件下,以H2O2为氧化剂,Na2WO4.2H2O为催化剂,研究了不同离子液体中环己烯直接氧化合成己二酸的反应。在酸性离子液体1-甲基-3-(4-磺酸基丁基)咪唑对甲苯磺酸盐([(CH2)4SO3HMIm]TSO)中,其物质的量为7.5 mmol时,环己烯转化率为100%,己二酸选择性为96.7%,分离收率达92.3%。这一结果和目前研究相当或更好,且反应结束产物通过简单方式分离后,离子液体可循环使用。
Without any other organic solvents and halide, directly catalytic oxidation of cyclobexene to adipic acid with the catalyst of Na2WO4 and oxidizer of H2O was studied in different ionic liquid. In acidic ionic liquid, when the amount of [ (CH2)4SO3HMIm] TSO is 7. 5 mmol, the conversion rate of cyclohexene is 100%, selectivity for adipic acid is 96.7% and isolated yield of 92.3% could be achieved. Such yield and selectivity was ,same or better than that obtained from the present rescarch, and the ionic liquid could be reused by easily separating of product after reaction.
