超稠油中极性四组分的乳化降粘性能 被引量:2

摘要 用极性四组分分离方法将胜利油田罗家超稠油分离成饱和分、芳香分、胶质、沥青质,四组分在原油中的质量分数分别为20.17%,39.28%,20.67%,19.88%,并采用红外光谱技术和元素分析考察了极性四组分。将各组分配制成质量分数为2%的甲苯模拟油,考察了模拟油在碱水、地层水体系中的乳化性能及界面张力。实验结果表明,芳香分和胶质是罗家稠油区超稠油的主要界面活性组分;筛选的降粘剂使极性四组分模型油的透光率和界面张力大大地降低,适于本稠油的乳化降粘。 Four fractions of saturate, aromatic, resin and asphaltine are separated by polar method from Luojia ultra - heavy oil in Shenglioil field with the mass fraction of 20.17%, 39.28%, 20.67% and 19.88% respectively. The four polar fractions are characterized by IR spectroscopy and the element analysis. The model- oils are made with toluene of 2% (mass fraction) by adding each fraction. The emulsification ability and interracial tensions of the model - oils in the base and subsurface water .solution were investigated. The results show that aromatic and resin fractions are the main interracial active component in Luojia ultra - heavy oil. The transmittance and interfacial tensions of the model - oils with four polar fractions are reduced greatly by the viscosity reducer and the viscosity reducer is suitable to viscosity reducing of this ultra heavy oil by emulsifying.
