摘要 目的探讨来源于人肺的间充质干细胞(MSCs)是否具有免疫调控能力。方法采用流式细胞术鉴定其免疫表型,用淋巴母细胞转化实验观察其是否具有免疫调控能力。结果①MSCs不表达引起免疫反应的细胞表面分子HLA- DR、CD86、CD80等;②随MSCs细胞量增多,抑制T细胞增殖能力越强。结论人肺来源的间充质干细胞具有免疫调控能力。 Objective To investigate the immunoregulatory ability of human lung-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on T cells. Methods MSCs were isolated and cultured from human fetal lung. The immune phenotype was tested by flow cytometry and T lymphocyte proliferation assessed by [^3H ] thymidine incorporation. Results HLA-DR, CD86, and CD80 were not expressed in human lung-derived mesenchymal stem cells. The proliferation of peripherial blood-derived T cells was suppressed and this suppression seemed dependent on the concentration of MSCs. Conclusion Human lung-derived MSCs have been proved to possess immunomodulatory ability.
