中国人群中一氧化氮合酶Ⅲ基因多态性与阿尔茨海默病的关联性研究 被引量:1

Association Between Nitric Oxide Synthase-Ⅲ Polymorphism and Alzheimer’s Disease in Chinese Han Population

摘要 目的:研究中国人群中一氧化氮合酶Ⅲ(NOS-Ⅲ)298G/T多态性与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimerdisease,AD)发病的相关性;方法:通过实时定量荧光PCR和GeneAmp5700SDS软件检测530例AD患者和601例非痴呆对照者NOS-Ⅲ298G/T的基因多态性,并应用Logistic回归模型分析其与AD发病的相关性;结果:NOS-Ⅲ的G/G、G/T和T/T在AD组和对照组中分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),没有发现NOS-Ⅲ298G/T基因多态性与AD发病存在关联性;调整年龄和性别的影响后,G/G基因型并不是AD发病的危险因素,其OR值分别为1.17,P=0.73。结论:在中国人群中NOS-Ⅲ298G/T基因多态性与AD的发病不存在关联性。 Aim: To define whether there is an association between the NOS-Ⅲ 298 G/T polymorphism and AD in Chinese population. Methods: Our study included 530 AD patients and 601 controls, and the method we used to detect the polymorphism of NOS-Ⅲ was real-time PCR. Multiple logistic regression and chi square test were performed to explore the risk factor for AD. Results: The frequency of G/G, G/T and T/T genotype were 93.21%, 14.53% and 2.64% respectively among AD patients, and 82.10%, 15.60% and 2.50% respectively among non-dementia controls. There was no difference between AD and controls( P 〉 0.05 ). After adjusted for age and sex, G/G genotype was not risk factors for developing AD. Conclusion: The polymorphism of NOS-Ⅲ 298 G/T is not associated with developing AD.
