小脑血管母细胞瘤的超微结构、免疫组织化学和细胞培养研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨小脑血管母细胞瘤(HB)的组织学起源。方法:对40例HBs作免疫组化染色,3例行电镜观察,10例行细胞培养。结果:HB中内皮细胞、周细胞、基质细胞成分都对Vimentin染色阳性,内皮细胞对CD34阳性,周细胞对SMA阳性,基质细胞对Telomerase阳性;基质细胞对VEGF染色阳性,而内皮细胞对Flt-1染色阳性。HB中的3种细胞成分各有其不同的超微结构特征,细胞培养显示不同HB标本中的基质细胞有一定的异质性。结论:HB可能来源于成血管间叶组织,基质细胞是HB中的肿瘤细胞,有一定的异质性。 Aim: To evaluate the histologic characteristics and the histogenesis of cerebellar hemangioblastomas (HBs). Methods: Forty cases of HBs were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Three cases were examined by by cell culture. Results: HBs were composed of endothelial cells, pericytes and stromal cells. Vimentin was expressed in all three cell types of liB. CD34 was expressed in endothehal cells and SMA was expressed in pericytes. Telomerase was expressed in stromal cells. Chromogranin A CD68 and CD117 showed negative reaction in HBs. VEGF showed positive reaction in stromal cells and Fit- 1 showed positive reaction in endothelial cells. There was no difference between cystic and solid HBs in immunohistochemical staining. Threecell types had individual characteristics of uhrastructuru. Stromal cells represented a heterogeneity of abnormally differentiating mesenchymal cells in cell culture. Conclusion: HBs may origin from angiogenic mesenchyme. Stromal cells were the real tumor component of HBs and they represented a heterogeneity.
