摘要
目的探讨鼻腔鼻窦原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(Non-Hoagkin’s Lymphomas,NHL)CD56表达与 EB 病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)感染的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测55例鼻腔鼻窦 NHL CD56、CD45RO、CD3_、CD20、CD79、TIA-1和潜伏膜蛋白1(latent membrane protein-1,LMP1);联合采用聚合酶链式反应(polymerse chain reaction,PCR)检测 LMP1基因。结果 LMP1蛋白阳性率为29/55(53%),PCR IAIP1基因阳性率为33/55(60%),CD56阳性率为28/55(51%),EBV 在 CD56阳性与 CD56阴性鼻腔鼻窦淋巴瘤中的感染率分别是25/28(89.3%)和13/27(48.1%),两者差异显著,P<0.01。结论提示 EBV 和 CD56分子的相互作用在CD56+鼻腔鼻窦原发性 NHL 发病中可能起重要作用。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2006,6:152~154)
Purpose To investigate relationship between CD56 expression and Epstein-Barr virus infection in primary sinonasal Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas(NHL). Methods The expressions of CD56, CD45RO, CD3ε, CD20, CD79, TIA-1 and latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) were detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC) and LMP1 gene was detected by PCR respectively in 55 cases of primary sinonasal Non-Hodgkin' s lymphomas. Results 29 of 55 (53%) NHL expressed LMP1, 33 of 55 (60%) NHL were positive for clonal LMP1 gene rearrangement, 28 of 55 (51% ) NHL expressed CD56 25/28 (89.3%)CD56 + and 13/27(48.1% )CD56- NHL were LMP1 + , the infection rate of EBV was significantly related with the expression of CD56 in primary sinonasal NHL( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The interaction of EBV and CD56 molecule may play a important role in the pathogenesis of primary sinonasal CD56 + NHL.
