内镜辅助微创甲状腺手术 被引量：4

摘要 内镜辅助微创甲状腺手术不同于"单纯"内镜甲状腺手术,它是将内镜作为辅助手段,经颈部单一小切口完成手术操作。手术入路切口包括胸骨上、颈前和下颌下区。该技术具有微创和美容双重作用,可以完成大部分甲状腺良性病变及早期低度恶性肿瘤手术,具有常规手术同样的治疗效果,并发症少,值得推广应用。
