摘要
对豇豆熟性的两个主要构成性状(开花前天数和第一花序节位)进行遗传分析的结果表明,早熟品种作母本时F1代表现为早熟超亲,晚熟品种作母本时F1代为中间偏早的不完全显性,母本影响较大。在F2代,开花前天数呈单峰状曲线连续分布,第一花序节位呈多峰状曲线连续分布。开花前天数比第一花序节位的遗传力和遗传进度大、遗传变异系数小,对嫩荚始收前天数的通径系数高,因而对热性影响较大,故在品种选育过程中要给予重视。
The two main characters of Cowpea maturationwere analysied in this paper. The results showed: Taking earlymaturity cultivar as female parent, Flappeared superparents. But taking late maturity cultivar as female parentF1 appeared incompeletal dominance,and earlier than middle of parents'. In F2generation,days before flower beginning or the first flower location appeared unimodal or bimodal continuous distrlbution. Theheritability and genetic index on the former are larger than thelater,and its coefficient of variability is smaller, its path coefficient on days before beginning to harvest young pod is high. Because of its effects on maturing characteristics of cowpea, itshould be attached great importance on cowpea breeding.
