摘要
目的研究核糖核酸酶抑制因子(RI)与肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合栓塞对Walker-256移植性肝癌微血管密度(MVD)及坏死面积的影响。材料与方法将30只Walker-256荷瘤大鼠于种植后第14d随机分成TACE组、RI与TACE联合栓塞组和对照组,每组10只。各组分别经肝动脉注入:5-Fu20mg/kg体重加超液态碘油0.4ml;RI200U加5-Fu20mg/kg体重加超液态碘油0.4ml;生理盐水0.4ml。结果在栓塞后7dTACE组、联合栓塞组和对照组肿瘤MVD的平均值分别为89.60±40.43、21.16±29.47和84.78±28.40。联合栓塞组MVD明显少于TACE组和对照组(P<0.01)。肿瘤坏死面积TACE组、联合栓塞组明显大于对照组(P<0.01),TACE组、联合栓塞组无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论RI与TACE联合栓塞可使肿瘤的MVD明显减少,但对坏死的影响与TACE无明显差别。
Objective To study the effect of microvascular dencity (MVD) and necrosis area on the rat Walker 2.56 hepatoma model after combination embolization with ribonuclease inhibitor (RI) and TACE. Materials and Methods The 30 rats of Walker 256 hepatoma model were divided into 3 groups (each group 10) at random after the 14 days of the tumors were implanted. Hepatic artery embolization with 5 Fu 20mg/kg and lipiodol 0.4ml in the TACE group, RI 200U plus TACE in combination embolization group, saline solution 0.4ml in control group. Results On 7 days after embolization, the average MVD of TACE, combination embolization and control group were 89.60 ± 40.43, 21.16 ± 29.47 and 84.78 ± 28.4, respectively. The MVD of combination embolization group was significant different from that of TACE group and control group( P 〈 0.01. The necrosis area of TACE group and combination embolization group were significant more than that of control group( P 〈 0.01, but TACE group was no significant different from combination embolization group( P 〉 0.01 )in the necrosis area. Conclusion The MVD of tumor tissue is significant decreased after combination embolization with RI plus TACE, the effect of tumor tissue necrosis is no significant different between combination embolization and only TACE group.
