20(S)-人参皂苷Rg_3对Lewis肺癌生长及转移的抑制作用 被引量:32

摘要 目的观察20(S)-人参皂苷Rg3(SPG-Rg3)抗Lewis肺癌生长及转移的作用并探讨其作用机制。方法建立Lewis肺癌实体瘤模型及自发肺转移模型观察SPG-Rg3的抗肿瘤作用,并取Lewis肺癌C57BL/6荷瘤小鼠的脾脏,检测T淋巴细胞转化活性、NK细胞及IL-2活性。结果实体瘤实验中,3.0mg/kg和1.0mg/kg SPG-Rg3用药组瘤重明显低于溶剂对照组(P<0.05),0.3mg/kg组瘤重与溶剂对照组间无差异(P>0.05);SPG-Rg3用药组肺转移结节均明显少于溶剂对照组(P<0.05);SPG-Rg3用药组Lewis肺癌C57BL/6荷瘤小鼠的脾细胞对ConA和IL-2反应性以及NK活性均高于溶剂对照组(P<0.05)。结论SPG-Rg3可抑制Lewis肺癌生长及转移,可能是通过提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能来发挥其抑瘤作用。 Objective To study the inhibitory effect of 20(S) ginsenoside Rg3 on growth and metastasis of Lewis pulmonary carcinoma and its mechanism. Methods The entity tumor and the spontaneous lung metastasis models of model of Lewis pulmonary carcinoma were used to observe the effect of SPG-Rg3 on Lewis pulmonary carcinoma` The spleens of C57BL/6 mice with Lewis pulmonary carcinoma were removable to detect the activity of lymphocytic cell conversion, NK cells and responding to IL-2. Results We discovered that the average weight of Lewis pulmonary carcinoma in 3. 0mg/kg and l. 0mg/kg SPG-Rg3 groups was lower than that of control group(P〈0. 01 ), but there was no difference between the 0. 3mg/ kg SPG-Rg3 and control groups(P〈0.05). The number of tumor colonies in lung in each Rg3 group was lower than that of control group(P〈0. 05). The activity of T-lymphocytic cell conversion, NK cells and response to IL-2 in SPG-Rg3 group was higher than that of control group(P^0. 05). Conclusion SPG- Rg3 can inhibit the and metastasis of Lewis pulmonary carcinoma. The inhibitory effect partially dues to improving immunological function of C57BL/6 mice with Lewis pulmonary carcinoma.
