人食管鳞癌组织中血管内皮生长因子C及其受体3和淋巴管生成检测 被引量:7

Detection of vascular endothelial growth factor-C, its receptor-3,and lymphangiogenesis in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue

摘要 目的:探讨人食管鳞癌组织中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)及其受体3(VEGFR3)的表达及其在淋巴管生成与淋巴结转移中的意义。方法:对59例食管鳞癌标本(Ⅰ级22例、Ⅱ级20例、Ⅲ级17例,47例伴有淋巴结转移),采用免疫组织化学SP法检测VEGF -C及VEGFR3的表达,并应用图像分析方法测定淋巴管密度(LVD)及其积分光密度值(IOD)。结果:VEGF C及VEGFR3表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与患者性别和病理学分级无关(P>0.05);人食管鳞癌组织中VEGF- C及VEGFR3的表达有相关关系(P<0.05);癌组织和癌周组织中LVD和IOD与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.01)。结论:食管鳞癌组织中VEGF- C和VEGFR3表达与淋巴结转移、新生淋巴管的形成密切相关,在肿瘤转移方面具有重要作用。 Aim : To investigate the relationship between the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF- C), its receptor-3 (VEGFR-3) and lymphangiogenesis in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissue. Methods: Expressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in 59 cases of ESCC were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) was calculated. Integral optical density (IOD) was determined by image analysis system. There were 22 cases of grade Ⅰ , 20 cases of grade Ⅱ , and 17 cases of grade Ⅲ , respectively, and 47 cases were with lymph node metastasis. Results: The expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 was correlated with lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05) , but not correlated with patient sex and pathological grade( P 〉 0.05). The expression of VEGF-C was correlated with that of VEGFR-3 ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; LVD and IOD in carcinoma and pericarcinoma tissue were correlated with lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in ESCC tissue might play a role in lymphatic metastasis via lymphangiogenesis.
