多效唑对非洲菊试管苗生根的影响

不同质量浓度（０．１０～５０．００ｍｇ／Ｌ）的多效唑对非洲菊试管苗生根影响的研究结果表明，低浓度的多效唑（≤１０．００ｍｇ／Ｌ）能促进非洲菊试管苗生根，其中浓度以１ｍｇ／Ｌ的多效唑生根效果最佳；高浓度的多效唑（≥５０．００ｍｇ／Ｌ）则抑制非洲菊试管苗生根．

This paper explores the effect of different concentration of PP_(333) on shootrooting of Gerbera Jamesonii.The result shows that low concerntration of PP_(333)(0.10～10.00 mg/L)can promote shoot rooting and high concerntration(≥50 mg/L)of PP_(333) re-strain shoot rooting of Gerbera jamesonii.Among the low concerntrations,the 1 mg/L PP_(333)is the best one.
