摘要
芦苇的染色体数目约为2n=70.同一花序的不同部位,以顶端第三或第四小穗发育最快.花序上每节具有一短柄和一长柄小穗,二者发育时期基本一致.同一小穗内的不同小花,发育时期不同;而同一小花内的不同花药,发育时期基本一致;
Generally the chromosome number of the pollen mother cell of reed is about2n= 70.The developing sequence of spikelets accords with to the position in one inflores-cence,Especially,the third or fourth spikelet on the top develop earlier than others. The de-veloping period of one short and long stalk spielet in each stalk of infloresence is the same.The developing period of florets in one spikele is different.The developing period of anthersinone floret is the same.
