传导性角膜成形术治疗老视的早期临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察和评估传导性角膜成形术(CK)对缓解老视症状的有效性、稳定性、安全性。方法:对64例有老视症状患者1眼行CK治疗以改善近视力,对其中38例伴轻度远视者另一眼同时手术治疗以提高远视力,共治疗102眼。结果:术后6月97%的患者双眼裸眼远视力达0.8,近视力达0.33(J4)或更好,89%的视近眼MRSE与目标屈光度相差在±1.00D以内,术后4~6月有82%眼的MRSE变化在0.5D以内,术后6个月87%的患者满意或非常满意。结论:早期临床观察证实,CK手术矫治老视具有操作简单,见效快,安全性高,并发症少等优点,不失为有用的手术矫正方法。
