摘要
在对玉米芯的挥发特性的研究和热解气化模型装置优化分析的基础上。对玉米芯在加热管内部热解过程进行了有限元分析计算。计算分析了多种因素对气化结果的影响,并比较了温度变化的计算值和实测值,对计算机模拟结果进行了检验。
Based on the studies on the devolatihzation characteristics of corncobs and optimumanalysis of a prototype pyrolysiS eqiJipment for corncobs,the FEM was used to simulate theprocess of corncobs pyrolysis in a homogeneous heated tube,The simulations were to searchfor the effect of the tube diameter,residence time,the temperature at inlet and the pyrolysistemperature for a good gasification results,In comparing the calculation results with themeasurement of tube center temperature,the FEM calculation was proved being effectiveand accurate.
