摘要
本文对凝胶注模成形工艺应用于铁基粉末冶金进行了研究。着重研究了凝胶注模成形工艺中分散剂、固相体积分数对浆料流变性的影响,采用该工艺对铁粉进行了成形与烧结。结果表明,加入分散剂可以使浆料黏度降低,有利于成形为复杂形状;随着固相体积分数的增加,浆料的黏度增加。采用合适的工艺参数,制备了相对密度为90%,抗弯强度为517 MPa,抗拉强度为280 MPa的复杂形状的铁基粉末冶金零件。
The effect of dispersant and solid fraction on rheology of iron powder slurries in gel - casting process was investigated.With the addition of dispersant the viscosity of Fe slurries is obviously reduced. The higher the solid fraction, the larger the viscosity of slurries, and the lower the optimum amount of dispersant is.The powder metallurgy parts of complex shape with relative density of 90%, bending strength of 517 MPa, tensile strength of 280 MPa can be produced by this technique.
