摘要
在无水AlCl3及DMF存在下,将4,4'-二(4-氯甲晚苯氧基)二苯巩(SPCl)、4,4'-二(3-氯甲酰苯氧基)二苯巩(SMCl)分别与2-甲基二苯醚(o-MDPE)和3-甲基二苯醚(m-MDPE)在1,2-二氯乙烷中进行低温溶液缩聚,合成了4种新型可溶性的甲基取代聚芳醚酮醚巩醚酮(M-PEKESEK),DSC,TG,FT-IR及WAXD等测试表明,4种聚合物均为无定型结构,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)介于157℃~167℃,在氮气气氛中5%的热失重温度(Td)均在465℃以上,易溶于氯仿和DMF、DMSO等强极性非质子有机溶剂中.
Four novel soluble methyl substituted poly (aryl ether ketone ether sulfone ether ketone) (M-PEKESEK) polymers have been prepared by low temperature electrophilic solution polycondensation of 4,4'-bis (4-chloroformylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone (SPCI), 4,4'-bis (3-chloroformylphenoxy) diphenylsulfone (SMCI) with 2-methyldiphenylether (o-MDPE) and 3-methyldiphenylether (m-MDPE) in 1,2-dichloroethane in the presence of AlCl3 and DMF, respectively. These polymers were characterized by FT-IR, DSC and WAXD, etc. The results show that the four polymers are non-crystalline with high glass transition temperature (Tg) ranging from 157℃ to 167℃ and exhibiting over 465℃ of 5% weight loss temperature in nitrogen. These polymers were soluble in CHCl3 and strongly aprotogenic organic solvents such as DMF, DMSO and NMP.
