CB/PMMA导电复合材料在有机溶剂蒸气中的溶胀及电阻响应 被引量:1

SWELLING AND ELECTRICAL RESPONSE OF CB/PMMA COMPOSITES IN ORGANIC SOLVENT VAPORS

摘要 报道了由原位聚合法制备的炭黑/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料在不同有机溶剂蒸气中的溶胀和电阻响应。实验结果表明,复合材料在有机溶剂蒸气中的溶胀在很大程度上影响其电阻响应,而且,溶胀度的大小显著依赖于溶剂的性质。聚合物基体与有机溶剂的三维溶度参数差之和(Δδ2)可以用作复合材料在有机溶剂蒸气中的电阻响应程度大小的判据。 Swelling and electrical responses of carbon black/poly(methyl methacrylate) composites synthesized by in-situ polymerization to various organic solvent vapors were investigated. The experimental results indicate that the swelling of the composites greatly influences the response behaviors of the composites in organic vapors. Furthermore, the swelling degree of the composites depends notably on the solvent nature. It is also found that the sum of squares of the differences of the partial solubility parameters between the polymer matrix and organic solvents, △δ^2, can serve as a quantitative indication of the responsivity of the composites in organic vapors. The smaller the value of △δ^2, the higher the responsivity of the composites.
