摘要
应用变角ATR-FT-IR光谱检测了聚乙二醇/聚乙烯共混物薄膜不同深度表面层中聚乙二醇组分的浓度梯度分布;利用扩散方程描述了聚乙二醇组分迁移扩散行为,并明确了扩散方程适用的基本条件;利用扩散方程拟合了扩散行为所产生的浓度梯度,进一步通过变角ATR-FT-IR光谱进行验证。
The phenomenon about the selective migration of surface modifier is so interesting and prevalent in polymer blends that much research has been carried to discover its basic mechanism. The model of PEG/PE blends was established to study the diffuse procedure of poly(ethylene glycol) in polyethylene. The diffusion procedure was simulated by using the diffusion equation which was deduced with the absorption peak area ratio as the calibrating basis. The diffuse coefficient was calculated by using the non-linear fitting and it was used to simulate the PEG concentration profile in the surface of the film. Because the boundary conditions were difficult to be determined only by using the diffuse function, the concentration profiles of poly(ethylene glycol) in the surface of the film of PEG/PE blends was detected by the attenuated total reflectance FT- IR spectroscope (FT-IR-ATR) with the varied degree of incident ray.
